Project

• Completion of the total refurbishment of the existing building (previously a 1970s office block) was achieved during Spring 2010 and a number of tenants have already moved in.
• Build permits for the residential and second office unit are being progressed with a view to commencing construction during 2011.
• In order to facilitate the re-housing of existing residential tenants on the site, we are currently procuring additional residential sites elsewhere in the city.
