Project

Outline planning consent had been obtained and the PUZ (Romanian zoning approval) has been granted by Pantelimon District Council for the development of an 86,000 sq m site in Cernica, east of Bucharest, near to Cernica Forest.

To be known as Cernica Residential Park the scheme, predominately designed for families, will encompass 1,100 residential units and approximately 3,000 sq m of commercial space, including retail and leisure facilities, with a communal space and events area at its heart.

Advanced Developments SRL, Bridgemere’s local development partner, will now work with the local authorities and architects H&J to obtain the detailed build permit.
