Carden Park Hotel completed a total refurbishment in 2008 and is viewed as one of the top resorts in the North. The vineyard has recently been put back into production and in 2009, the Seyval Blanc crop produced over 5,000 bottles.

Having been promoted to the Premier League in 2009, investment in both the team and the stadium at Wolverhampton Wanderers continues. Refurbishment work has been completed to the International Suite at Molineux and discussions progress with regard to longer term plans and opportunities for the Stadium.
