Within the property arena, we hold a 29.9% stake in Redrow plc and hence have a significant interest in the housebuilding market. However, Bridgemere does not undertake any direct residential development in the UK.

In addition, Bridgemere has significant land and commercial development interests in the UK and also provides development finance and management support to a number of partners in both the UK and overseas.

In the leisure sector, Carden Park Hotel is owned by Bridgemere (and managed by De Vere) and continues to be one of the leading hotel, golf and leisure resorts in England.

Bridgemere also owns Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club and Trinity Aviation Limited (which has two jet aircraft available for charter).
